Delivery Method: All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, ensuring reliable and speedy delivery to your desired destination.

Delivery Time: Please allow up to 5 working days for your lids to arrive. While most orders will be delivered within this timeframe, there might be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you experience any delays or have concerns about the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pudding Pot Lids. In the event that you need to return your lids, please review our return policy below:

Returns Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, the returned lids must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will process your refund. You can expect to receive the refund within a reasonable timeframe after the inspection is complete. We will refund the full amount paid for the lids.

Return Postage: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the postage costs associated with returning the items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.

Faulty & Damaged Goods

If you receive your order and discover that any of the lids have been damaged or are faulty, please contact us immediately at puddingpotlids@gmail.com. Kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged lids, and we will promptly assist you in arranging replacements. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues with faulty or damaged goods.
